Senior Margin Control Analyst

About The Role
Lloyds Clinical are looking to recruit a Senior Margin Control Analyst on a fixed term contract for 6 months

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Margin Control Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting the business in identifying opportunities to improve profitability and manage risk.

Working closely with the Head of Financial Reporting, Finance Business Partners, Shared Service Centre, and wider business stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening control processes, and providing valuable insight to support strategic decision-making.
About You
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive finance professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally have:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

Strong experience in financial reporting, margin analysis, balance sheet management, and financial controls.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights.

Experience identifying commercial risks and opportunities and influencing business decisions.

Knowledge of audit processes and experience working with external auditors.

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across finance and operational teams.

A continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge existing processes constructively.
