If so, we’d love to hear from you! As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting, distributing, and monitoring reports for NHS customers and pharmaceutical partners while ensuring data quality and accuracy within IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Run scheduled reports and ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity.

• Generate ad hoc reports to support business needs.

• Build strong relationships to understand the reporting needs of various departments.

• Maintain effective customer communication, ensuring clear and concise updates.

• Support master data management, improving data quality and business-wide accuracy.

• Contribute to process documentation and reporting improvements.

• Present system and process enhancements to the Master Data Management Forum.

• Experience in data management within a regulated industry
• Advanced Excel skills (SQL reporting experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to train colleagues on master data management and data accuracy
• Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for data challenges
• Experience managing and reporting master data within an ERP system
• Confidence in engaging with senior managers and business stakeholders
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and make timely decisions
• Passion for continually improving processes, systems, and reporting
