  • Are you ready to lead the way in clinical excellence? Lloyds Clinical is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Governance Quality Manager to champion quality assurance and governance across our services.
     
     In this pivotal role, you will:
    • Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks that ensure our care is safe, effective, and person-centred.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
    • Build governance competency across the workforce and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with national legislation and best practice standards.
    • You’ll work closely with clinical teams, operational managers, and external partners to embed a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • About You

  • You’re someone who thrives on making a difference. You combine clinical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for quality improvement. You’ll bring:
    • A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or a related field.
    • Registered Nurse (Level 1) status with specialist clinical experience.
    • Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management.
    • A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality improvement methodologies.
    • The ability to work autonomously while building strong collaborative relationships.
    • Experience in health, social care, NHS, or regulatory environments, ideally at a management level.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • A track record of sharing best practice, driving innovation, and leading change.
