We’re looking for a highly skilled Business Project Manager to take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects. From inception through to closure, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and fully aligned with our strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure — ensuring objectives are met and benefits realised

•  Oversee resource allocation, making sure the right people and tools are in place to deliver success

•  Ensure governance and compliance are embedded at every stage, managing risk and adhering to internal frameworks

•  Plan and lead change activities to drive engagement and secure long-term adoption of project outcomes

•  Engage and influence stakeholders, maintaining productive relationships and delivering regular, insightful project updates

•  Own project performance reporting, tracking milestones, KPIs, and delivery progress with clarity and precision

• Solid experience managing complex business projects end-to-end
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and change delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
• High levels of accountability, adaptability, and commercial awareness
• Passion for delivery excellence and continuous improvement
