We are seeking a senior, highly experienced leader to drive the national growth and long‑term success of our NHS Systemic Anti‑Cancer Therapy (SACT) homecare services. This is a strategic, outward‑facing role focused on strengthening our position as a trusted partner to NHS providers and commissioners, while ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centred cancer care.
You will shape and deliver the organisation’s SACT growth strategy, identify and secure new NHS business, and build strong, influential relationships across NHS Trusts, cancer alliances, and commissioning bodies. This role offers a rare opportunity to build a national service from the ground up — defining the strategy, leading market engagement, and driving new initiatives that support streamlined cancer pathways.
This is a national role requiring regular travel and proactive, face‑to‑face engagement with NHS stakeholders.

6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Service Improvement
Work closely with internal teams — including clinical, operational, and leadership colleagues — to support service design, communicate new initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
