  • About The Role

  • We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead, develop and deliver our marketing strategy for the Cancer Business Unit. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth through impact campaigns, strong brand leadership and data-driven marketing.

    You’ll act as the central point for all marketing activity, ensuring alignment with wider commercial goals while delivering measurable, high-performing campaigns across multiple channels. Acting as the central hub for marketing, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, lead a small team and ensure campaigns are creative, effective and optimised for success.

    • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role

    • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to inform decisions
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Experience managing and developing team members
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
