We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join our NHS Sales Team. This role is central to expanding our footprint across the health sector by building strong, profitable relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our portfolio of Lloyds Clinical products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing

New Sales Development — Lead and manage new business opportunities, using market and customer insight to build a strong, qualified pipeline and deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets.

Bids and Tenders — Contribute to tender responses, RFPs, pitches, and commercial approval processes, ensuring high‑quality submissions and successful contract negotiations.

Account Relationship Management — Own the relationships within assigned NHS accounts, ensuring SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and proactive issue resolution.

Commercial Performance Management — Develop targeted account plans, analyse sales data, forecast accurately, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to maximise revenue.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Marketing, Insights, Data, Patient Services, Nursing, Pharmacy, Finance, and Implementation teams to support sales activity and deliver seamless customer experiences.

External Stakeholder Engagement — Build and nurture relationships with external partners who can influence sales outcomes and support business development.
