Clinical Pharmacist (Homecare Specialist)

About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Clinical Pharmacist to join our homecare team. This role is ideal for a GPhC-registered pharmacist, including newly qualified and those with community pharmacy experience, who is eager to learn and grow in a clinical or homecare setting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a very friendly and supportive team.

This is a fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave

About You
Qualifications:

Registered and qualified Pharmacist as recognized by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Ideally, some clinical or homecare experience, but willingness to learn is key.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic math and computer skills.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and punctual.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and screen time.

Ability to be flexible with working hours

The initial training for this role will be 2-3 months working Monday to Friday 9-5. Once training is passed the role will be 3 weeks in office: 2 weeks at 7-3, 1 week 2-10, 1 week working from home
