Healthcare Centre Lead Nurse

About The Role
Being a Healthcare Centre Lead Nurse at Lloyds Clinical is more than just a job. You will play a key role in shaping the future of clinical services, driving clinical excellence and innovation across our Healthcare Centre network.

You will act as a subject matter expert, leading the clinical development and delivery of evidence-based best practice while guiding service improvements and influencing key stakeholders across the business.

This role will see you working at the forefront of our services, supporting Healthcare Centres through clinical leadership, governance, and continuous improvement. You will lead the implementation of clinical change, support commercial opportunities, and ensure high-quality patient care across all sites.

Key aspects of the role include:

Leading clinical development and identifying opportunities to enhance practice

Planning and implementing clinical changes and continuous improvements

Supporting governance through oversight of clinical protocols and documentation

Providing expert clinical input into business development, bids, and tenders

Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing colleagues

Delivering safe, high-quality patient care, including SACT where required

Collaborating with internal teams, NHS partners, and stakeholders to improve service

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a strong oncology background.

You will bring:

Significant oncology experience and SACT passport accreditation

Strong understanding of clinical governance and evidence-based practice

Experience in leading clinical change and service improvement

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple teams

Commercial awareness and the ability to support business growth

Confidence in decision-making and managing complex clinical situations

You will display a high level of leadership, professionalism, and adaptability, with the ability to balance clinical excellence and business priorities. A full UK driving licence is essential as travel across sites will be required.
